Any events during November with a minimum guest count of 50 people and a full service menu will be offered our Autumn Signature Mulled Cider. Pressed with local apples and spiced with cloves and cinnamon, this cider is sure to warm you up. For a wilder side, spice up your cider with our spiced dark rum and fresh orange kicker for only $2 per person.

WEDDING PACKAGE PROMOTIONS
- 100 Guests
Wedding contracts serving 100 guests or more will receive a free bar upgrade from the wedding bar menu. Max value $3 per guest or $600.
- 200 Guests
Wedding contracts serving 200 guests or more will receive complimentary champagne toast or complimentary table wine service. Max value $4 per guest or $1000.
- 250 Guests
Wedding contracts serving 250 guests or more will receive 3 of our house favorite passed Hors d' oeuvres for the full guest count. Max value $5 per guest or $1500.
- 300 Guests
Wedding contracts serving 300 guests or more will have the choice of selecting 2 of the previous promotions for the full guest count. Max value $9 per guest or $3000.

The relationships we have with our preferred venues throughout the Chicago land area are a great basis for referrals and promote us to showcase each other. We invite you to help us keep those friendships strong by letting you in on a great deal...we will pay 5% of your venue rental charges when booking full service catering for a minimum of 100 guests.

As Americans our FREEDOM is sometimes taken for granted, yet it is something we value each and everyday. A THANK YOU is in order, and to do so we want to treat you and/or your military serving guest to their complete meal at no charge (Maximum 2 guests) when an order is made off a menu for the minimum guest count.

ITEX BARTER AND TRADE DEALS
- ITEX members can purchase from Chef By Request using 50% barter on all food and beverages. ALL SERVICE STAFF AND RENTAL ITEMS ARE TRADED AT ONLY 25% TRADE.
- ITEX orders that are picked up at our CBR Lisle location are eligible for a 75% trade.
- All remaining percentages are in cash, credit or check.
- All orders must be ordered to accommodate the menu minimum.
