Edwin our server was a delight to have working here. He arrived on time, did a beautiful job displaying the food. He picked up the dirty dishes and washed them without being invasive. He kept the chaffing dishes filled with fresh hot food – I never had to ask him to do anything (something I've had to do in the past with other caterers).
